CO-FOUNDERS
Our own personal experiences with wealth management frustrated us. It’s taken decades for us to find the right advisors, the right education, and the right tools to feel empowered enough to manage our wealth in a way that meets our goals.

We realised that there was a need among women wealth holders to gain more insight into managing their finances, find a community, and strengthen their knowledge around investing.
The Beam is a safe space for women to connect and share their experiences and their journey towards
a more empowered approach to their wealth management.

“As women, we often feel we lack the knowledge, confidence,
or incentive to take the first step. We felt we needed to disrupt the status
quo and build a business for women investors, by women investors.”

OUR VISION
We envision a world where women have the knowledge and confidence to engage fully with their wealth and finances. They are empowered to invest in line with their values. Capital is channelled towards inclusive and sustainable investments that create a better world.
“We want women to have the confidence, knowledge and tools to take charge of their financial futures. We’re proud to be part of a bigger movement supporting the financial literacy of all women and closing the financial gender gap.”

- Ana Morales, Co-Founder of The Beam Network
“Taking The Beam’s Cornerstone Classes was a great experience. I dreaded finance. Where do you learn these things? Now I feel I can ask my advisor smart questions and shape the portfolio I want. And the women I met were amazing; they actually made it fun.”
